Installation considerations 

1. Keep the position of the valve handle to rotate;

2. It cannot be used as throttling;

3. The ball valve with the transmission mechanism shall be installed upright.

Opening process 

1. In the closed position, the ball is pressed against the valve seat by the mechanical pressure of the valve stem. 

2.When the hand wheel is turned counter-clockwise, the valve stem moves in a reverse direction, and its bottom angular plane disengages the ball from the valve seat. 

3.The valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the helical groove of the stem so that the ball begins to rotate without friction. 

4.The valve stem is raised to the extreme position until the fully open position, and the ball is rotated to the fully open position.
