Solid LUG TYPE Dual Plate Check Valve
The innovative double valve structure of the type H76 check valve uses two spring-loaded flap, which is suspended on the center vertical hinge pin. When the fluid begins to flow, the valve flap opens under the action of the resultant force acting on the center of the sealing surface. The point of action of the reaction-acting spring support force is located outside the center of the valve flap so that the disc root is first opened. So that the friction phenomenon of the sealing surface of the old conventional valve when the valve flap is opened is effectively avoided. When the flow rate is retarded, the torsion spring is automatically reacted, so that the valve clack is closed, the valve seat is close to the valve body, and the closed stroke distance and the time are reduced. When the fluid flows back, the valve flap is gradually close to the valve seat, and the dynamic response of the valve is greatly accelerated. This dramatically reduces the impact of the water hammer phenomenon, thereby achieving a non-impact performance. At the time of closing, the action point of the spring force causes the top of the flap to be closed first. This prevents the occurrence of a snap-on phenomenon at the root of the valve flap, allowing the valve to maintain a longer seal integrity.
