WAFER TYPE SWING CHEVE VALVE
Check valve belongs to automatic valve category, which is mainly used in one-way flow pipe of medium. Only the medium is allowed to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. Usually, the fluid opens the valve disc under pressure and flows from the inlet side to the outlet side.
The disc of the swing check valve is disc shaped and rotates around the rotating shaft of the seat passage. because the inner channel is streamlined and the flow resistance is smaller than that of the lifting check valve, it is suitable for large caliber situations with low velocity and irregular flow, but not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of lifting type. The rotary check valve is divided into three types: single valve type, double valve type and multi half type. These three forms are mainly divided according to the valve caliber, in order to prevent the medium from stopping flow or backflow, and to reduce the hydraulic impact.

Matters Need Attention
When placing the pipe, attention should be paid to making the direction of the wafer check valve consistent with the flow direction of the fluid;
1. installed in the vertically placed pipeline. For the horizontal pipeline, vertically place the wafer check valve; 2.use a telescopic pipe between the wafer check valve and the butterfly valve, do not connect it directly with other valves; 3. avoid adding pipe joints and blockages within the operating radius of the valve plate;
4. do not install a variable diameter pipe in front or back of the wafer check valve;
5. when installing the wafer check valve near the elbow, pay attention to leaving enough space;
6. When installing the wafer check valve at the pump outlet, at least six times the valve diameter is flowed out to ensure that the butterfly plate is finally subjected to fluid action.
7. During installation, the direction of medium flow shall be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body to prevent accidents.
8. The lifting vertical flap check valve shall be installed on the vertical pipe, and the medium flows from bottom to top.
9. The lifting horizontal flap check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipe.
10. Do not bear the weight of the check valve in the pipeline, and the large check valve shall be independently supported so as not to be managed.
