Cast Steel Flanged Bolted Cover Check Valve（H44H）

Swing check valves are unidirectional valves preventing backflow of media. Other terms used for these valves are non-return valve or one-way check valve. Check valves work automatically so there is no need for a wheel or actuator. Consider a check valve when there is imminent damage due to backflow or to prevent contamination. That being said, there should be the right orientation of the lone inlet and outlet to ensure that the check valves are functioning properly.

Features
1.Swing type disc;

2.Bolted bonnet, and the type of middle flange gasket may be different according to pressure class; Check valve in 600LB may adopt pressure sealed structure.

3.Disc stop device to prevent disc from being opened too high, thus causing failure to be closed down.

4.Solid pin is precisely installed and provided with high intensity to ensure operational performance and service life of valve.

5.Rocker arm is given enough intensity. Upon being closed down, it has enough freedom for the close-down of valve disc.

6.Large size check valve are provided with lifting rings for the convenience of hoisting.
