Cast steel gate valve Full Bore Bolted Bonnet Bare Slab Gate Valve designed to API 6D and supplied with Flanged, Butt Weld, Socket Weld, Hub Connectors, Compact Flange or other proprietary connections. Pressure ratings up to ANSI 150lb-2500Lb, temperature ranges from -46°C to +175°C and bore sizes from 2” to 42”. Gate Valves have their sealing surfaces hard faced with Tungsten Carbide and can be configured with either Pneumatic or Hydraulic Actuators. All valves are available in Standard and Exotic Materials.

Mode Of Exercise
The gate plate of the gate valve moves in a straight line with the valve stem, also known as the open rod gate valve. Usually there is a ladder thread on the lifting rod, through the nut at the top of the valve and the guide slot on the valve body, the rotation motion is changed into straight line motion, that is, the operating torque is changed into the operation thrust. When the valve is opened, when the gate lift height is equal to 1:1 times the valve diameter, the fluid passage is completely unobstructed, but this position cannot be monitored during operation. In practical use, the apex of the valve stem is used as the symbol, that is, the position of immobility, as its full open position. In order to consider the locking phenomenon of temperature change, it is usually in the position of opening to the top, and then back to 1: 2 times 1 turn as the position of the fully open valve. Therefore, the full open position of the valve is determined by the position of the gate (that is, stroke >). Some valve stem nuts are set on the gate plate, the handwheel rotation drives the valve stem rotation, and causes the gate to lift. This kind of valve is called rotating rod gate valve or dark rod gate valve.
