GYXA-I Flame Retardant Breathing Valve
The fire-retardant breathing manhole is a safety emergency ventilation device arranged on the top of the storage tank, Is a safety device for protecting the storage tank, and is especially suitable for storing the storage material in a nitrogen-sealed dome pressure tank.
The working principle:
In the normal operation of the fire-proof breather valve, the fire-retardant breathing manhole is basically kept in a sealed state, and the storage tank is under normal pressure. when the normal work of the breather valve can not meet the sudden overpressure of the storage tank due to an unexpected reason, the gland of the breathing manhole is automatically opened, the pressure in the tank is kept normal, and when the pressure in the tank is suddenly reduced or the super-vacuum is carried out, the suction valve is opened to rapidly suck the atmosphere, The normal pressure in the tank is maintained; when the suction atmosphere is provided with a spark and a flame, the flame-retardant layer acts as a "wall effect" to prevent the passage of the flame, so as to protect the safety of the storage tank.
Cast Steel End Line Deflagration Flame Arrestor is a protective device which use as prevent inflammable gas, fluid's flame spread and avoid tempering cause to explosion, usually use at below conditions:
1. Torch system
2. Gas engine exhaust system
3. Oil and gas recycling system
4. With explosion insecure system vent-pipe
5. Regenerative boiler burning gas pipeline net
6. Storage petroleum and petroleum product tank
7. Transport inflammable gas and flammable gas pipeline
